The founder and driving force behind Coles Marketing, Barbara has successfully led the firm through every imaginable change in the industry over the past 30 years. Early on she recognized the opportunity to move beyond a traditional advertising/public relations role to full-service marketing with a team of savvy professionals experienced in creating content to engage audiences and showcase brands.
An executive communications consultant, Barbara is passionate about serving clients with responsive, hands-on interaction while guiding a group of employees made up from a variety of backgrounds, including journalism, design, marketing and digital. She is a tireless advocate for obtaining the results clients want and implementing the right messaging to advance their needs.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and a master’s from Indiana University.
